Description:
When Salesbuildr syncs quote events to Halo, it creates Posts (actions) on the opportunity ticket. While these are useful as a sync log for many customers, some customers prefer not to have them appear at all β either because of downstream notification side effects, or simply to reduce noise in their Halo ticket view.
We would like an option to disable or suppress the creation of these posts entirely, as a configurable setting in the Halo integration settings.
Current behaviour:
Every sync event from Salesbuildr creates a Post (action) on the related Halo opportunity. The field hiddenfromuser: true has since been added to prevent client-facing notifications, but the posts are still visible internally.
Desired behaviour:
A toggle or setting in Salesbuildr's Halo integration configuration that allows customers to choose whether these posts are created at all.
Impact:
Customers with high quote activity see a large volume of Salesbuildr-generated posts in their Halo opportunity tickets, which creates noise in their internal workflow.
