Hidden field

I would like to see a feature like a 'hidden field' where comments can be placed that are internally visible but not visible to the customer. Sometimes we use internal type numbers that are not relevant to the customer and that information we do not want to be visible.

Example: We offer a managed service, but the customer does not need to know which brand or type number of hardware this is.
