html functionality in TinyMCE plugin & extra functionalities

The wysywig plugin (tinyMCE) used when creating templates is great, but is it also possible to get the 'view source' feature enabled on it?

When creating templates or snippets now, I come across some limitations in creating layouts, which can easily be solved if I can do it in html.

Also there are a lot of other buttons available which could be enabled.
For example, direct font pixel size access instead of going trough the menu now.
Selecting a default company's font now isn't possible either, so I'm not compliant towards company policy… Maybe a feature request to upload a default company font in the backend settings?
