    **Rob Zwezereijn** (2025-03-21): We request the implementation of a feature where the Account Manager/CSM is automatically included in CC when Quotes are sent by the internal sales team. Functional Requirements: - Automatically add the assigned Account Manager to the CC field by default. - Allow users to remove or modify the CC recipients manually if needed.
