Indent cursor from edge of rich text editor (so it can be seen!)

Whenever you place the cursor in a rich text editor field, the field is outlined by a blue box. When the cursor is at the start of a row you can't see it (I'm assuming it's behind the blue box). Please could the blue box be moved, or the text moved away from the edge of the rich text field boundary. See attachment for an example - the cursor is in that box, but you can't see it!
