I want to be able to make the MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) field mandatory for products. This is important because we synchronize our products to Exact, where the MPN is a required field, and we need to ensure data consistency.
Additional context (NTX, Halo): the same need for Business Central and Dynamics 365 integrations, where MPN must be present on every product or the sync fails and requires manual fixing. Marketplace-imported products always have MPN; the gap is manually created products. So an option to make MPN mandatory on manual creation would keep every product record sync-ready.
