I want Salesbuildr to update the Product SKU field in Autotask during synchronization. This field is used the same as the MFG Part number in ticket charges and PO areas. Currently, I have to manually edit this field for every new product added through Salesbuildr. Mapping this in the sync efforts would save time and ensure consistency.
