Multi choice selection to be determined per widget "on/off selection" rather than across the board

An option where you edit the “multiple choice” turn on or off at the top of editing the widget, rather than blanket across the board. There shouldn't be an editable QTY option for Labour etc, but then ability to switch on for hardware items?
