Non-recurring Time Based Product Terms

I often find that I am quoting a 1 or 3 year license that does not renew. I have been using one-time terms for these but it would helpful to have a "non-recurring. x year" or "x month" term so on the quote it can show as something like "$100/year" for each individual item, but as a one time in the aggregate column (right most column) and in the summary. I previously tried using the recurring options for these licenses but it just caused confusion around renewal and actual price.
