Notate Custom Prices

Items that have a custom or manually set price should be noted in in the quote, possibly beside the availability note. It may also be helpful to have the date of the Custom Price entered so that it can be easily referenced from one view. For example, a helpful item note may be in a green for 0 days old, yellow for 14 days old, and red for 28 days old (or around there, or configurable). Then right beside the availability note it may have a green note that says "Custom Price $1234.56" or a green "Custom Price: $1234.56 set 3 days ago"
