Notification to sender when "Marked as Sent" quote is approved

I want to receive a notification when a quotation I "marked as sent" is approved by a colleague. Currently, I only get notifications when using the standard sending option. This is inconvenient because I need to know when it's approved so I can share the link with the customer.
