Opportunity: Ability to mark PSA-synced dropdown fields (e.g. Deal Type) as mandatory

Description:

We'd like the ability to mark opportunity fields that are synced from our PSA (e.g. "Deal Type" from Autotask) as mandatory within Salesbuildr.

We already set the field as required on the PSA side (Autotask), but this does not carry over to Salesbuildr. The field remains optional in Salesbuildr even after a sync.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set a UDF/dropdown field (e.g. "Deal Type") as mandatory in Autotask

2. Run a sync in Salesbuildr

3. Create or edit an opportunity in Salesbuildr and leave the field empty

Expected behaviour:

If a field is marked mandatory in the source PSA, or if we mark it mandatory locally, Salesbuildr should enforce this and prevent opportunity creation/save until the field is filled in.

Impact:

Sales reps can save opportunities with incomplete data, which affects reporting accuracy and downstream data quality in the PSA.
