Opportunity management

We want to solely manage our Opportunities from SB, and to do this, we are hoping for a slight change in view to enhance "urgency" around older past expected close dates. Resolution would be a color change from black to red in the "age "column for any opportunities over the estimated close date.

We are open to alternative suggestions on this - the end result is for visual urgency around past due expected dates
