Opportunity / Quote e-mail communication history in opportunity

It would be helpfull if all opportunity or quote communication (e-mail) is stored somewhere in Salesbuildr. Now people are CCing themselves or collegues but in a salesteam with more collegues it’s not the greatest solution.

Best option is to create something like COMMUNICATION LOG below AUDIT LOG in menu, where everybody could see the communication to customer.
