Option to Add Extra (Mail) Contacts (by Default) for Quote Approval

Where within SB can we set "WHO/Email address to be informed when 'Quote approved'? (other than Quote owner)

It would be great if an additional person or department mailbox could be selected (under admin). This would ensure that when a 'quote is approved', the email is also sent to the additional contact and can be processed immediately.
