Optimizing widgets overview for non-admins

It would be nice -when a sales is creating a quote and wants to add a widget- that he has:
1) a button that shows the list of all widgets in a new tab, just like admins can see them on [Domain]/auth/profile/quotes/widget-templates but in View/READ-ONLY mode
(now they always have to find and add a widget then maybe decide 'that wasn't the one i needed' and restart the process.
2) and/or that sales could also filter by typing (search)?
