Option for margin instead of revenue for opportunities

Currently, it is possible to have the revenue of a quote (the total sales price) automatically listed as the opportunity / deal worth.

However, i would like to have an option that instead of the total deal worth, the margin is listed in the opportunity. A simple setting to switch from total deal value to margin would help alot.
