Optional Internal Notes Field

Current State:

The internal notes field appears on every quote by default and occupies significant screen real estate, even when not actively used by sales teams.

Requested Enhancement:

Add a toggle option in account settings to hide/show the internal notes field on quotes, with the ability to re-enable it later if needed.
