Padding/margin around embedded images

Is it possible -on right-aligned images- to add a bit of margin-left + margin-bottom + margin-top
And similar for left-aligned images: a bit of margin-right + margin-bottom + margin-top?
Now it looks a bit messy/cramped to have images sticking to the text.

Also, bonus: I've noticed I can also type '33%' or '50%' as image width value, which is nice, but I don't think a lot of people will know this trick. perhaps a little 'info' bubble or some textinfo could be handy.
