Page header/footer on every page

Out current quotes and any other template we're using are using the same header & footer on every page. Mostly it just consists out of an image, some contact information, title, pagenumber etc…
Maybe I'm missing something, but at the moment in quote templates in Salesbuildr, you have the footer widget, but when more pages are needed in the quote, this footer is only put at the end. Is it possible to set an option to set it on every page?
If so, same option for the header could be implemented on the same way then…
