Permission to allow non-admins to import an opportunity

Currently, only admins are able to use the "Import from Autotask" button. We'd like non-admins to be able to access this button as well.

We have the automatic sync enabled, but this can take up to ~20 minutes which sometimes leaves the salesperson waiting.

If this was a permission that could be assigned to specific roles we'd be able to choose who can access this without granted full admin or having them have to ask an admin to do if for them.
