Summary

MSPs who quote Fixed Price Projects and bill them via an Autotask Fixed Price contract's milestone billing (billing triggered by task completion) need a way to show a fixed-price line on a customer-facing proposal without that line becoming a billable charge when the quote is provisioned. Today, the only way to prevent a charge is to manually deselect the line item at post-sale ticket creation, on a per-quote basis. There is no persistent, set-and-forget flag on the product or quote line itself. (see attached)
