Price books: Support parent company assignment with cascading rules to child accounts

Description:

We manage customers with a parent child account structure, ranging from small businesses with around 10 locations up to enterprise accounts with over 1000 locations.

We would like to be able to assign a price book to the parent company and have all child accounts under that parent automatically follow the pricing rules of that price book, rather than needing to set up pricing per individual child account.

Current behaviour:

Price books can currently only be linked to a single customer. There is no option to assign a price book at the parent level so that child accounts inherit it.

Expected behaviour:

When a price book is assigned to a parent company, all child accounts linked to that parent should follow the pricing rules defined in that price book, without needing individual setup per child account.

Impact:

Without this, managing pricing for large multi location customers is time consuming and does not scale, since every child account needs to be configured separately.
