Product Availability inheritance at Category level

Allow Product Availablility to be set at the category level

This would allow us to set an entire category to hide availability.
Great for things that the distributor list as unavailable because they are really a download, or a warranty etc

Would be even better if you could then override the category level setting at the item level - just in case there was a reason to
