The Synchronize tab in the PSA integration currently shows two buttons — "Synchronize" and "Synchronize only fields" — with no explanation of what each one does. This causes confusion, as users don't know which to use or that neither option syncs products.
Proposed change
Add the following static text above the two buttons on the Synchronize tab:
Salesbuildr offers two sync options for PSA:
Synchronize reimports your companies, users, and contracts from yourPSA and refreshes all field configuration, including customer types, product groups, asset types, contract types, account codes, opportunity types, teams, and pipeline stages.
Synchronize only fields updates just the field configuration listed above, without reimporting companies, users, or contracts. Use this for a faster refresh when you've only made changes to your PSA field setup.
Neither option syncs products. To sync your product catalogue, go to the Products tab.
Expected result
Users can immediately understand what each button does and where to go for a product sync, without needing to contact support.
Impact
Recurring support confusion — users hit Synchronize expecting products to update, then report a sync issue when nothing changes in their catalogue.
