Public API: read access to procurement data (unordered items and orders) and distributors

What
Read-only Public API endpoints for procurement data: the items shown on the Unordered items page (pending items not yet ordered) and on the Orders page (purchase orders for hardware, software and licences, with their status), plus the list of connected distributors.

Why
MSPs that run their own workflows next to Salesbuildr want to sync order and procurement status into those systems automatically via the Public API.

Scope
No filters or extra logic needed: the raw data as it appears on those two pages is enough. Filtering can be done on the integration side.

Current workaround
None via the API: procurement data is only visible in the Salesbuildr UI.

Who is affected
Customers using the Procurement module who integrate Salesbuildr with their own tooling through the Public API.

    The Public API has no read access to procurement data today, so order and procurement status can only be seen in the Salesbuildr UI. Read-only endpoints for the unordered items, the orders with their status, and the connected distributors fit how we are extending the Public API. I am taking that to refinement. No timeline yet.
