Public API: Read and update the role field on contacts

Description:

We want to read and update the role field on contacts through the Public API.

The contact endpoints (POST /public-api/contact, PUT /public-api/contact/{id}, PUT /public-api/contact/by-email and PUT /public-api/contact/ext/{externalIdentifier}) currently only accept name, email, phone, mobile phone, company, active status and external identifier. The role is not included in the create, update or upsert payloads, and it is not returned by GET /public-api/contact either.

Requested change:

Add the contact role to the contact response, and allow setting it on create, update and upsert by email.

Use case:

We manage our contacts in bulk via the API. Without the role field we have to set and correct roles manually in the UI, contact by contact.
