Regional Product Filtering for Multi-Geo Distributors

We need a way to filter products by region (eg AU vs NZ) when they come in through distributor feeds and price books. Right now all matching products across distributors get pulled into the same category regardless of region or currency, for example AU priced notebooks showing up alongside NZ stock under the same product category.

What happens currently
Distributor priority is a single global list per tenant with no region or country scoping. All matching products from all distributors get grouped into the same category based on matching rules, regardless of currency or region. There is no way to exclude AU stock from NZ facing feeds or price books, and no way to restrict portal visibility by region.

Why this is a problem
AU stock can accidentally end up in NZ facing quotes. NZ customers using the portal could try to purchase AU only devices they shouldn't have access to.

What we'd like
The ability to still quote AU stock manually when needed, but exclude it by default from NZ quotes and hide it entirely from portal access for NZ customers.
