Rout-it contract renewal flow: add contract items to quote

Description:

We use Salesbuildr alongside a Rout-it integration. When opening a company and navigating to contracts, we can already see the active contracts pulled in from Rout-it. However, there is currently no way to act on those contracts within a quote flow.

What we need is a renewal flow similar to what exists for PSA contracts (e.g. Autotask), where we can:

1. View the active contract and its line items directly in Salesbuildr

2. Select the items we want to include (with checkboxes, so we can exclude modules or irrelevant order IDs)

3. Add those items to a quote, grouped by contract or category, with quantities and current pricing intact

A key requirement is that the renewal uses the current contract price rather than the current list price from the product catalog. When renewing, we want to maintain the existing price per item so there is no unintended revenue change on fixed services. Upgrades (e.g. mobile) would then be handled separately.

If a product in the contract does not yet exist in Salesbuildr, it should either be created automatically or flagged so we can link or create it before adding it to the quote.

Current behavior:

Contract data from Rout-it is visible in Salesbuildr but there is no way to import or act on it in a quote. All items must be looked up and added manually, cross-referencing the current invoice for pricing. This is time-consuming and error-prone, especially for larger customers.

Expected behavior:

A renewal flow on Rout-it contracts comparable to the PSA contract renewal flow, allowing us to select contract line items and place them on a quote with their current prices.

Business impact:

We produce a high volume of renewal quotes. The manual process of looking up each product and matching it to the current invoice price is significant overhead and introduces room for error. A structured renewal flow would substantially reduce this effort.
