We use Salesbuildr alongside a Rout-it integration. When opening a company and navigating to contracts, we can already see the active contracts pulled in from Rout-it. However, there is currently no way to act on those contracts within a quote flow. What we need is a renewal flow similar to what exists for PSA contracts (e.g. Autotask), where we can view the active contract and its line items directly in Salesbuildr and select the items we want to include (with checkboxes, so we can exclude some).
Additional context (ECS Computers, Halo): the same need applies to Halo contracts, and likely other PSAs. Ability to add single line items from the customer's contract agreement products to a generic quote (for example, quoting an additional device that needs additional agreement products), rather than adding them as removals. So this should be built PSA-agnostic: RoutIT, Autotask and Halo all need it.
