Same contact for multiple companies

I'd would be great to add multiple companies to the same contact. This prevents duplicates of the same contact. Also add the possibility to add different e-mail addresses to the same contact.

So person A is related to company 1 and 2.
With the same or extra contact information (same phone number, different mail address).
