Send quote acceptance notes to Opportunity in HaloPSA

Description:

When a customer adds a note while accepting a quote, that note should be written to the linked Opportunity in HaloPSA as a private note. The Opportunity is where the relevant team members are working and where client communications are most likely to be seen.

Use case:

A customer accepts a quote and leaves an instruction or comment in the notes field. The MSP doesn't notice because the note ends up buried on the quote record in Halo, or currently doesn't arrive there at all. Important client instructions get missed, which creates a risk of failing to deliver on what was agreed.

Proposed solution:

In addition to writing the note to the quote record, also create a private note on the linked Opportunity in HaloPSA when a customer submits a note on quote acceptance. This ensures the note surfaces where the team is actually working.
