Special offers section in storefront

The ability to create a category of products that can be displayed for all customers in their storefront to cater for those companies who have stock sitting around - say a bunch of laptops they want to do a special on.

They can send a group email out and just say hey - visit your store to see the latest deals and availability.

Customer then sees their own custom stock and also a 'Special offers' section with deals.
