Sticky notes to be more prominent

Id like the sticky notes on customers to be more prominent than what they are, they are currently small and easily missed as you can't see full notes.

Maybe when a quote is created and a customer is picked you get a pop up box with all the notes and we have to exit out of it continue with creation of quote.
