Sync delivery charges from Salesbuildr to sales orders in HaloPSA

Feature Request

Description: When we add a delivery charge to a quote in Salesbuildr, it doesn’t carry through to the sales order in Halo once the quote is accepted. We have to add the delivery manually in Halo.

Current behaviour: Delivery charges on the Salesbuildr quote are not included on the related SO in Halo.

Desired behaviour:

  1. The delivery charge is added to the sales order in Halo, so we can invoice it to our customer.

Impact: We have to add delivery manually in Halo for every order that includes it. This creates extra admin, and delivery can be missed on invoices, which means lost revenue.

    The delivery charge not carrying to the Halo sales order is already on our list. We have a ticket to include shipping costs when sales orders are created from Salesbuildr, and I have linked it. No timeline yet.
