Terms & Conditions - remove text line from quote

Make it possible to remove the text "by acception this order, you agree to the Terms and conditions" on all quotes by default.

case:
we have different terms & conditions depending on the type of quote.

and also we would like to have them readable on the quote. Instead of behind a button/click. That makes it more transparent.
