The ability to link an Opportunity/Quote to an existing ticket

The ability to link an Opportunity/Quote to an existing ticket - rather than creating a new ticket and then having to merge the 2 tickets.

In many cases, there is already a ticket with the request for a quote/offer in it. In that case, you want to make sure that the data goes into that ticket instead of creating an extra ticket (which you then have to merge again with the original request).
