The use of Work Type multiplier from one single (Labor) Role instead of multiple Roles

We are using one Autotask (Labor) Role instead of multiple roles.

On this Labor Role in Autoask, we inserted our primary price of 1 hour IT consultancy.

With work types, we are having a list of different types of consultancy which are using MULTIPLIER option to calculate the price per hour.

Example: Weekend is charged 200%, so the multiplier on the work type is 2 (2 x primary labor role).

As a work around, we had to make additional Labor roles to make it possible to add labor line items to a quote with right price.

A lot of partners are changing labor unit pricing once a year, and with multipliers you only have to change it in one role. With multiple roles you have to change it multiple times and calculate manualy the role price.

Resolution might be:
Combine in the mapping ROLES and WORK TYPE function to use the ease of multipliers from Autotask.
