Description:
When we create an Autotask ticket from a quote, the PO number field is only populated if the end customer filled one in. If no PO number was provided, the field is sent empty.
We would like an opt-in setting that allows us to use the quote number as a fallback PO number in cases where no PO number was provided by the customer.
Why opt-in:
This should be configurable per tenant, as many customers rely on the PO field being empty when no PO was actually provided, and a forced fallback would disrupt their existing invoicing flow in Autotask.
Expected behavior:
When the setting is enabled and no PO number is present on the quote, the quote number is used as the PO number when the Autotask ticket is created.
When the setting is disabled (default), behavior remains unchanged.
