Toggle Language in a single widget

There's no easy way to know whether or not a widget has already been translated to 1 or 2 different languages. Not only is this easier maintain your widget database in all languages; but also, if one is building a quote in NL, it would be nice if every widget you add has the correct language by default. Imaging if you have many languages, it could also prevent an endless list of widgets with many duplicates.
Even better could be to use string translation, like so: [nl]hallo[/nl][en]hallo[/en][fr]bonjour[/fr] so that your layout and images in a widget only needs to be made once.
