Internal margin visibility: total-deal and per-bundle profit/margin (internal-only, hidden from customer)

Show profit and margin % for internal usage on quotes, so the team can confirm a deal hits a target amount or percentage even when individual products are sold at or below cost.

Scope covers two levels:

• Total deal: profit and margin % on the whole quote (original request).

• Per bundle: an internal, settable margin field on each bundle where the user records the target margin amount or %, so margin can be steered per bundle rather than only across the whole quote.

Hard requirement: all of this is internal-only. It must never be shown to the customer or appear on any customer-facing document.
