Allow Salesbuildr to interpret an imported price of 0.00 as blank instead of $0.00, so category-level markups apply to products that have no price configured in Connectwise. Currently Connectwise fills empty price fields with 0.00, which imports as the price and blocks the markup. An example is visible on the test product called "Testing with Salesbuildr".
