Unable to Disable Default Filters in Quotations and System Lists

The customer identified that some lists (for example the opportunities list) have default filters applied when you “Clear filters“. The customer's request is to have an option for these default filters to be turned off system-wide, allowing all records to be displayed unless a user actively applies a filter.
