Required field for supplier quote and reference number

I want to add a required field in Salesbuildr to indicate whether a "supplier quote" exists, preferably with a reference number. This information must be visible in the Autotask opportunity. This is important because it makes it clear to the purchasing department whether they need to work from a quote or whether there is an attachment in the opportunity.
