When deleting quote/opportunity, remove all notifications

When you delete a quote or opportunity I expect all related errors/warnings and notifications to be deleted.
Reason: There is nothing active to refer to, so anything related should be removed. So the list of errors/warnings is for quotes/opportunities which might cause issues.

When you undelete the quote or opportunity, it should start the default process again, so if the error or warning is still triggered, it should be activated at that time.
