Widget template header and footer text field with items between it

When creating or editing WIDGET TEMPLATES it should be powerfull to text/content between items. This text is currently only above the images and not below.

The text above the items is introduction or little expl.

The text below the line items could be used for extra notice for the particular customer. Like: in case of (customer), we highly recommend etc etc etc.

The text above the items are general, text below could be general or free to fill in.
