Use templates for (category / type) Oppertunities with UDF fields.

There are oppertunities that are regularly used, such as Contract, Hardware Software, Service Extension, which all have their own settlement. It is useful to be able to select these at the start of the process. It would also be useful to be able to use UDF fields, as they are now present in AutoTask for the Opportunity Category.
