Send quote to customer with (not company contact) e-mailadress in CC

We've got to send quotes to customers and to our supplier in CC. At the moment it is only possible to use company contacts in CC, it would be very much appreciated to make it possibli to use any e-mailadress in the CC field. Can you fix this?
