If a customer doesn't have an account or isn't logged in when I send out a quote, I'm unable to see who has viewed it. Addressing this issue should be straightforward. When sending a quote to multiple addresses, I'd like to be able to see which specific recipients have viewed the quote, rather than just receiving a notification that says "quote has been viewed." It's possible to track this using tools that identify which email address opens the quote, since each recipient receives a unique link to their personalized quote.
