Keep toprow visible while scrolling

While scrolling through the quote, it would be beneficial to keep the row containing dashboard, products, opportunities, and quotes visible, along with the options for presentation view, preview, checking prices, and downloading the PDF. Alternatively, at a minimum, ensure that the row with options for presentation view, preview, checking prices, and PDF download remains visible while scrolling.
