Quote List Filters: Default 'Draft'/'Waiting Approval'
The customer reports that upon opening the quotes screen, the 'Draft' and 'Waiting Approval' status filters are automatically pre-selected. The customer requests that these filters not be applied by default.
Provide a way to disable initial filters on lists.
The quote list should not have initial filters.

This feature request has been marked as done, however it has not been done as per the request?
The release notes states: “Clear filters on the Quotes page once again shows all quotes, while the initial view still defaults to Draft and Waiting approval”
Having to clear the filters every time we get to the quotes screen is adding a lot of admin time clicking it 60+ times a day, this should simply be an admin setting to default these, out of the box it can be like it is, but give us the option of setting these. This way we can always have it cleared and for those that handle lots of quotes and only want to see the filtered options, can leave it as is or vice versa!

We changed the requirements for this ticket, from Provide a way to disable initial filters on lists to The quote list should not have initial filters. Since the latest release, the quote list does not have any default initial filters.
The release notes were generated before we decided to include this change in the current release, as its priority had increased. Apologies for any confusion caused by the wording in the release notes.
Your original request regarding quotes has therefore already been fulfilled. That said, we see value in introducing a toggle to control this behavior for other lists.
I created a separate feature request specifically for that functionality, as the quote issue affecting other customers has already been resolved.

Looking forward to this coming out, after having filters constantly resetting to default ones for the past few weeks, it’s incredibly tedious every time we interact with the quote system.

A setting per tenant, or per user would be ideal, to pre-set filters by default for various pages.
Some larger users may wish to filter out approved as an example, however some roles may need to see all or other filters, so doing this at user-level would be ideal.
